A staff member, holding a sign with your customer's name, will be waiting in the airport terminal to escort your customer to their rental car.

The meeting point for the customer's pickup location along with our contact details will be listed in the customer's confirmation email received at the time of booking.

We allow after-hours drop-off and pickup at all locations but at some locations a fee will be charged. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more detail

Every vehicle has in it a street directory to help you find your way around. We can also provide you with a GPS (Global Positioning System) free of charge, if you require it.


CAR RENTAL TERMS

*Your customer must agree to these terms when hiring a vehicle from us. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more detail.

Please return your hire vehicle to the location outlined on the Airport Returns Sheet which will be handed to you at the commencement of the rental. Please note if vehicles are left in Avis, Budget, Hertz, Europcar or Red spot car parks, the vehicle may incur a fine.

Please ensure vehicles are returned with the same amount of fuel that is signed for on your rental agreement. We do not mind refuelling the vehicle for you, but please understand there will be a $25 admin fee to cover staff costs, plus the cost of the fuel.

If you are involved in an accident or there is damage to the vehicle please contact our staff immediately. You will be liable for the excess that is on your car hire contract.

Holidaze Car Hire will get the car repaired and send you the paperwork and any photos you require to get a refund from your insurer. Holidaze Car Hire's insurance company will not cover customers that have insured elsewhere.

Should we receive an infringement notice during your customer's rental the customer will incur a $50 administration. The infringement notice will be sent to the relevant authority with a Statuary Declaration signed by a JP stating that your customer was in charge of the vehicle at the time of the speeding or parking infringement.

Holidaze Car Hire has a NO PETS policy throughout its rental fleet. We charge a $100 cleaning fee to return the vehicle to its original state after a customer's rental, if required, due to their failure to comply.
